At the request of several of our Spring Wine School attendees who could not attend this course in March - we are re-offering this course. Join us for the fifth and last class in our Spring Wine School Series. In this class, we will learn the ins and outs of smelling and tasting wine like a pro. We will guide you through the basic techniques and help you develop your own aroma “memory bank” through actually smelling and tasting wine aroma descriptors. We will focus on new wines, scents, and lexicon terms for those who would like to attend again and strengthen their skill.
