    **Package Dependent

  • A signed rental contract and deposit equal to 50% of the space rental fee is required to reserve a specific date.

  • We are only able to provide buffet-style food service for special events at this time.

Servers and Bartenders will be present throughout your event to replenish food items at your serving table(s), clear dirty dishes/glassware and serve beverages.

  • We allow outside catering. Please have your caterer reach out before the event to discuss the logistics of our space.

  • We are happy to discuss live music options for your event, though we reserve the right to approve all musicians based on the practical constraints of our space and local community. Musicians are responsible for providing their own instruments and amplification, and we recommend that they arrive early to test all equipment onsite. Please note that music must end by 9:30 pm (including on weekends) due to a city noise ordinance.

  • All table decor must be approved by The Cellar on Railroad. Hosts are responsible for the set-up/breakdown of any outside decor items, and we will work with the event host to determine a time for additional decor setup. Please note that we are not responsible for any items that are left behind following an event, as they may be thrown in the trash.

  • We prefer to work with Madison at Growing Wild for floral arrangements, though we are happy to consider other florists on a case-by-case basis. They will need to coordinate with The Cellar on Railroad to understand the unique layout of our space and styles of floral arrangements that we can accommodate. The florist and/or event host is responsible for the setup and breakdown of all floral arrangements, and we can arrange a time for setup prior to the event as necessary.

  • We can accommodate 100 guests for events during peak season (May 16th - October 31st) and 50 guests for events during the low season (November 1st - May 15th).

  • Complete the interest form above and someone from our team will reach out shortly!
